Bradford are officially relegated. 10 points from safety with only 3 games to go. That's 1 down. 3 to go.

We are 5 points clear of the relegation zone. 6 points really due to our goal difference. 3 games to go. I will risk jinxing us here but I actually think we are safe.

For us to go down, we need to lose all 3 games and...

All of this has to happen...
Shrewsbury to get at least 1 point and...
Accrington and Rochdale to get at least 3 points and...
Wycombe and Plymouth to get at least 4 points and...
Scunthorpe to get at least 5 points.

Plus one of the following has to happen...
Wimbledon get at least 6 points or
Southend get at least 7 points or
Walsall get at least 8 points.

If we do survive, Bolton have been relegated from the Championship today. They will join Ipswich in L1 next season. The other side to go down with Ipswich and Bolton ooks likely to be between Millwall, Rotherham, Reading or Wigan.

I have to admit to being worried. If any team can bollox it up it over the years it's mine but I don't quite get how Us and Accrington have "Terrible" run ins. We play Accrington and Scunthorpe out of the 3 left and the only one that is terrifying currently is Barnsley who are next up. The other two aren't pulling up any trees any more than we are. One more win out of those 3 and I would be surprised to get relegated. The hard part is getting the win.............

I think if the game had still been playing and Rochdale had gone home I don't think we would have found a way of scoring, one of the worst performances of the season

That was a game we really needed to win.
Hopefully we're not on the start of a suicidal run.
Can't understand where the goals have gone.

Awful game. JHC had no service at all so when he had the ball he tried to do things on his own which didn't work. Nichols had no service yet didn't even try yesterday in my opinion to make things happen. I swear Jaks had more touches of the ball in his limited time on the pitch than what Nichols had all game. Sercombe I thought was our danger man and had a few chances. Although we didn't look like scoring, we also never looked like conceding. It had 0-0 all over it. But their goal looked calamitous on our part from my view in the Blackthorn end.

I still think we have enough points now though. We need a hell of a lot of results to go against us in order for us to lose our L1 status.

One thing is for sure, we need a massive overhaul in the summer. And the scary part is I have no idea where we need to start!

Here is the update with just 2 games each to go, of what needs to happen for us to get relegated....

We are 4 points clear of the relegation zone. 5 points really due to our goal difference.

As a result of this, there are only TWO scenarios of where the dreaded relegation can happen to us.

    Scenario one:

For us to go down, we need to lose BOTH our remaining games AND...

ALL 4 of these has to happen...
    1. Shrewsbury need to get 1 draw to overtake us AND...
    2. Wycombe need to get 1 draw to overtake us AND...
    3. Southend need to get 1 win and a draw to overtake us AND...
    4. Plymouth need to get 1 win and a draw to overtake us AND...
Plus ONE of the following has to happen...
    • Wimbledon need to get 2 wins to overtake us OR...
    • Scunthorpe need to get 2 wins to overtake us.
Walsall and Bradford cannot catch us.

    Scenario two:

For us to go down, we need to lose BOTH our remaining games AND...

3 of the following 4 has to happen...
Plus BOTH of the following has to happen...
    • Wimbledon need to get 2 wins to overtake us AND...
    • Scunthorpe need to get 2 wins to overtake us.
Walsall and Bradford cannot catch us.
