To go through it again, there is NO FIFA ruling against two footed tackles - only against reckless, or potentially dangerous tackles. It is entirely in the ref's discretion under the current law. In my personal view, Kompany's tackle was neither reckless, nor dangerous. Rooney got him sent off- simple as.
Everybody get's robbed now and then because the ref's are all terrible. Your just using the ref as an excuse, maybe he had some dodgy lasagna in the Spur's canteen before the game.
So you accept that refs influence results, yet you're criticising us for saying that the ref influenced the result? Not the sharpest knife in the drawer, are you?
