Minutes are geneally a certified true and accurate record of a meeting. If they are incorrect there is a problem because those attending can't be arsed to check what is reported as being said was correct.
If they are not self-consistent then either the minute taker and checkers aren't fulfilling their function or someone is trying to pull the wool over the eyes of the attendees and their representees (us fans).
It remains to be seen if there is any corrected set of minutes issued.
With respect to addressing the underlying trust problem, dodgy minutes from meetings with fans were an issue under the last ownership were they not?
Going forward though, what trust are we gaining by our owners refusing to make public the share ownership figures for the club?!
