We have top class professionals running through the veins of the club thanks to KLD, we should be over the moon with everything he has done for our club in a short period of time. Instead we have insignificant ****ers claiming to represent the fan base and making pathetic demands with regards to the ownership!! They don’t represent me in any shape or form, I think KLD is merely humouring them to make them feel important. They need to wind their necks in and realise they represent a very small margin of our support
I reckon there is definitely a time limit on the NDA. If we go up they get paid off and nowt said, they **** off and we get on with the championship, if we don't go up they get paid (less) off and a few (cleverly worded, non liable) words are said. Either way, there is no chance that Donald or Methven have any say in what goes on here now. Just my opinion of course.
To be fair, RAWA ask questions that are put to them by other supporters. Lots have been asking about whether Donald and Methven still have an input (especially after Methven was photographed with sartori) so naturally it gets brought up. If no one wanted it asked it wouldn't be, but in order to be representative of the members they've got to ask questions that people want answered. If they chose not to and something went wrong down the line they'd be accused of cosying up to the owners, not asking awkward questions and just wanting access and tea and biscuits

Fair enough but surely they should take into account the share percentage which makes it clearly obvious that KLD is the owner and has the overall say. It’s a foolish question to ask and tars the fan base with the same brush. It comes across as the fans aren’t happy and wants answers when really it’s a tiny percentage of half wits
I don't believe Donald or Methven have any say in the running of the club. I don't think they have ceased to exist and therefore will never be heard from again but their continuing existence doesn't mean they're the boss of KLD.
Must admit I don't see much wrong with the answers that were given. As long as KLD has the majority and the final say then that's fine. In a time where the Crouch report is suggesting clubs should be transparent with fans it does seem a bit daft not to just confirm the percentages mind. It was worth asking the question but aye, personally it reads like kld has over 50% so I'm not quite sure why some seem to be taking real issue with it. I would like to see Donald and Methven at 0% mind, but we all knew that wasn't the case at this time
I do think January is huge mind. If we can't get up, and people still think Donald and Methven are involved, and the novelty of being allowed to attend again has gone, I think they'd see a fairly large drop in season card sales, which of course would massively affect our chances. They really need to get it right to keep a lot of people believing in the direction we're going and that things have really changed. That's where the lack of transparency is a bit annoying, you feel the relationship between the club and the fans isn't perfect at the minute and this kind of thing doesn't help. Do agree that some are going overboard about it though
Good post. The fan led review places more responsibility on the fan groups. People would be better off joining up and influencing the questioning imo. Their influence will only grow (again, just my opinion)

So according to Steve Davison Juan Sartori is a minority shareholder and minority shareholders have never attended a board meeting.
Yet the same Steve Davison confirms that Juan Sartori attends board meetings!

There is something odd about this.
He found out about the parachute payments and annoyed the **** out of Donald, all good things but took the back-and-forth ridiculously personal and couldn’t let go.
It looks like he’s waited until we’ve had a run of bad results then launched “percentagegate” like a hand grenade into tinfoil central.
With Lee Johnson under pressure this won’t help matters, luckily the hysterical posters feeding off him don’t represent fans who actually go to the match.

I wondered about that too. Would make sense if it was just a typo at the start - 'Charlie and Donald are...', instead of 'Charlie and Juan are...'.
I reckon thats all it is. Sartori is on the board so will be at board meetings.
The other thing to consider is that he was telling the truth.
Hyperthetically KLD and Sartori may have formed a company of whick KLD is the major shareholder. That would also mean that Sartori is in theory a major shareholder as well although only a minor shareholder in that company. Ergo, SD and CM are their own entities and as such safc's minor share holders and they don't attend board meetings
(if that sort of makes sense)
That's impossible mate and we all know it.

Only when we're winning do they retreat until the cheering dies down and they can make their voices heard again.
KLD is in total control and you either trust him or you don't ...
... some people should concentrate more on supporting the team than playing Columbo.
