Twatter going mental with people all clinging on to the Echo's report of SAFC "refusing to confirm ownership percentages" - it's got **** all to do with anyone as it's a Private Limited Company. It's baffling how eager some people are to see the worst in every situation

That prick Weatherspoon doesn't help either

My very basic take on it.

KLD has 51 plus shares so is in control, the other 3 have the resr but can't / won't commit any more money into it.

KLD is moving us in the right direction with investment off the field, the others are holding us back as they want a pay day

When you saying "holding us back" do you mean in terms of an unwillingness to invest?

Am pretty sure that minority shareholders have to match (on a pro rata basis) capital investment into the club otherwise KLD can capitalise (dilute) their shares.

That is possibly his plan all along

Crazy mate. In fact I’m outraged that I’m not outraged

He's the biggest tit around, he's an attention seeker of the biggest order for me.
That pile of ****e he wrote the other day was an obvious attempt to rub his ego. Everything was regurgitated stuff we all knew. He asked questions and then answered what we already knew. STREWTH!!

Yup. Pretty much this.

It's so frustrating. Why are we (the fanbase) so desperate for things to be bad

It's a Public limited company.

Some Sunderland fans seem to be on a constant self-destruct mission. We have a very rich and very savvy young man on board. He has a controlling share, he also has other billionaires in his family and his family's sphere of influence. The potential is there for all to see. For some reason, maybe based on us losing a few games or Methven having his picture take with an old training top on, people are now trying to find a bad news story that just isn't there.

If you try hard enough to see the negatives then the negatives will appear. If you will your club to fail, it will eventually fail like a self fulfilling prophecy

It's exhausting sometimes....
There’s one particular **** stirrer who wants to give his head a shake.

We're not, it's just that the minority..and it is a small minority who shout the loudest so they can be heard. Twitter does not represent our fan base.

If you look at all the off field stuff that's happened it's obvious who is calling the shots. The others asset stripped the club. The moaners can't see that there is an actual plan. Or refuse to see that there is one. We all want to see it out on the pitch immediately but Rome wasn't built in a day. By the way we are 3 points off top with games in hand, nothings that simple obviously but we'll be there at the end I'm sure of it.

Embarrassing that RAWA are demanding answers on the ownership, KLD has barely been here a year and already people are coming up with conspiracy theories. He’s the owner trust him and give the lad a chance, he’s made big steps so far, RAWA are coming across like them muppets over the water

This.
Who are these people, they certainly don't speak for me or anyone I know who also support Sunderland.
They have managed to stir up the noisy, easily outraged, online minority.

We could have City’s owners and that sad ****er would find something to complain about.

I'm just howling at the stuff about comments being made on social media and message boards about the BLC, that's had me howling.

There is no way that a person of KLDs stature (or the LD family for that matter) are having their pants pulled down by an insurance salesman from Oxford. Not a chance. The people he has appointed to the board are his trusted people (brother, family lawyer etc), people on Twitter and elsewhere are getting their nickers in a twist about nothing here imo.
Fwiw I reckon he will buy them out and **** salmon pants et al off soon enough. The NDA won't last forever.

I could have read him wrong but Magnus alluded to something like that earlier so that'll do for me. Not that it matters, I've hardly given the previous regime a 2nd thought til all this bollox appeared. Its like 2 bald men fighting over a comb ffs.
