Keeping up my efforts to help us all distress by venting, here are my starters for today

I know he's been here a while but FFS seriously, another deal for daws? Surely he's go to be he bak up now? Yes he has been a grea servant but all his tripe I've seen on the daily fail about him being one of the best left backs in the division is frankly bollocks!

Alan shearer. Knobhead. ****e pundit. Still waiting for Big Justin to get his k ighthood for services to the nation for belting him in the televised game against Grimsby a few years back. 'He did me' says shearer. No **** Sherlock. That's called karma son!

Spot on. It will be a while until we can really contest the other great Nations for an actual Euro/World Cup Trophy. We are better than the majority of the World but aren't good enough to win the other major sides.

You can't expect them to score every time, but why the **** would anyone do what Cole did? If you're nervous just ****ing twat it and miss with dignity like Young did, or in fact do what Pirlo did and take another easy way out but ffs don't stroke it gently in the corner, that is exactly where the keeper is going to go so if you don't hit it well he'll easily save it.

Bollocks to that. Joe Hart watched videos of the Italian players taking penalties, and our players practiced taking them. The Italians spent that time back at the hotel watching porn (according to Buffon).

There's a story in the gossip column casting doubt on the videos watched by hart as pirlo regularly does what he did against England
