It was pissing down and had dropped the boy off at work, back through the centre of town, lane restrictions/roadworks at a left turn at a crossroads, was where I was done. Honestly had no idea I had gone through a red. I think it’s the cash they are interested in. The way the notice is worded is intimidatory - straight into a grand and six points on your licence - you have to turn over before you find out that actually if you cough up it’s £100 and 3 points.
