So we have Roberts trying to play as a No 10 on the right side and Chair out wide on the left....... whereas surely Chair should be in that floating role as a No 10 should be....... Square pegs in round holes?
Yep. Put Chair where the useless Roberts is and bring Richards on to play down the left.
Alternatively, don't pick this side in this formation.....
