Be careful and consistent in what you wish for. I remember a time under the mighty Schteve when Lumley was very much guilty of just that. Take your point though and so simple to correct. Edict at the start of the season. Every player gets one warning. Next occasion they waste time, it's yellow.and then red. That would soon cut it out. Same for diving. Referees get judged at the end of the season for their consistency and can be struck off the list after a due warning to buck up their ideas
If Austin was more efficient with his finishing we might have won.
Not in any wishing to be critical but should Dieng have done better for both their goals?
Yes. Travelling fast I suppose and maybe Dieng was given the eyes that their man was going for far post.First one at his near post I thought was saveable, though I only saw it side on.
Yeah, I saw that. Watford fans hate him though, and his wages would be prohibitive. Wells was good for us and doesn't seems to be getting much of a go at Bristol City.
The best solution would be to have a game clock that's stopped when the ball isn't live, as in NFL. Sixty minutes actual play.
There's a reason Wells isn't getting much game time at Bristol....he's gone right off the boil. Would Warbs be willing to take a gamble on him getting back to where he was with us 2 years ago - I'm not so sure. Not convinced about Andre Gray either - his stats aren't that great as a front man for what his wages would make you expect (19 goals in over 100 appearances for Watford....)

Not sure I'd particularly want either of them.
Do you not think we need another striking option? Austin's ****ed.
Do you not think we need another striking option? Austin's ****ed.
Which chances in particular?
Yes, we need another striker - just think Wells or Gray aren't who we need. But we need to trust that whoever Warbs and Les decide to bring in (if they bring anyone in) is going to be the right fit.
Dunne is a more than able replacement.
Not completely tinted specs, we came back into it, but perhaps a classic case of the stats not really representing what we saw with our own eyes and football not being played on paper. Can't see many on here saying we deserved a win.
I've touted this a few times before and even started a thread on this. It received no responses. It would stop all of the ****housery.
The close range header that skinned the post?
The shot in front of the goal that went high and wide?
The flicked header from the corner towards the end?
