Not a brillant performance.

But a clean sheet and a great goal by Scowen against his old club.

Plus, we did not collapse when a player down.

Well done for the result, but not overwhelming.

Only 12,414 at LR!

No surprise with the attendance.

Brilliant performance against a team playing very well

Good tactics

Credit where’s its due

Holloway and our club got three points

Strikers still blunt

Very scrappy 1st half & don’t think we had a shot on target, 2nd half bit better but gave Barnsley too much room, great goal from the Rat, had more chances to rap it up towards the end & not hard chances either one ones & Connor the easiest & should have chipped or gone round keeper, will take 3points as that’s what’s it about this time of the season not so much performances but would like to see them play a bit better than today, thought perch did ok on his first full game back,

Brilliant performance?

I hate to watch one that you deemed to be crap

One of the worst first halves I've seen us play - given the opposition - at home for some while. No movement, no testing the Barnsley keeper, and far too many passes backwards

Second half we started with a lot more purpose but ultimately only a last ditch clearance by Lynch (who played very well) kept our clean sheet

Far too wasteful in front of goal - with Barnsley pushing up for an equaliser we were gifted so much space but missed 3 really good chances to double our lead

Says it all really when we have to rely on a DM to win it with a long range effort. Great goal though

As worrying as the performance the home attendance continues to melt away

It was a solid enough performance, but if it was a brilliant performance we'd have won by 3 or 4. We had the chances and were putting pressure on for much of the game. The brilliance was missing in our finishing, which is what wins games therefore wins points.
