As you know Ellers, I wasn't exactly over the moon with the selection of Olly either. Rather than say, I told you so, I think it is time we all united and gave the management and players our full support. After tonight, it is clear to me that we are in a relegation dogfight. If we start pointing fingers at a new Manager after 3 games, there is one thing that is certain, we will be in serious trouble. It is time to get behind everybody at the club and to reassess things in the Summer. We have made our managerial change and we have to face the music now. Just my opinion Ellers. I am sure you understand.

For once Finglas I am not blaming Holloway too much as the Perch sending off changed the game, in fact I was surprised by the amount of passing we were doing before the sending off <yikes> (I mean that genuinely). What bothers me is leadership and basic skills, we lack both. I know I have been vocal about Holloway but he has inherited a team that is not very good: which by the way is scandalous when you think we were a Prem team 2 seasons ago. I think Holloway is on a hiding to nothing. The forwards are not very good the midfield changes more than a model, the defence is naff however we have a good goalie. Make no excuses, if it wasn't for Smithies we could have lost by 4-5 goals. I said some time ago this team will be in a relegation fight and wouldn't be up for it. Time will tell.

I also said when Olly was appointed that we were "nailed on" for relegation. After the last two defeats you have indeed been very vocal and reminding us all of your opinion with regards to the appointment. As I said Ellers, I share your concerns on that front. Where I differ is, I think we all should gloat about our victories rather than our defeats and we should also just get behind the club and the team. I saw Olly's interview after the match and he said he was disappointed that we were so quite until the 89th minute when we scored. A bit more support from all of us would help matters. That's all I'm saying.

We were beaten by a team clearly lacking in confidence, we created very little, and actually looked better when Perch was sent off. Everyone with a vague bit of football knowledge knew that Ollie was a poor appointment and it has been shown in the 3 games. We have the players to be in the mix of a very average league but no manager seems capable of getting the best out of our players.Let's keep picking no wingers but instead pick Perch and bring on Henry. Ollie is the new JFH.

Henry didn't put a foot wrong when he came on. He was always looking to play forward. The Perch sending off was an injustice. All he said to the ref was that ''the goalie dropped the ball, no one touched him.'' He got booked for that!
Having set that precedent he failed to book any Wolves players when they did the same in remonstrating with the ref, if not worse when they committed fouls. The ref ruined the game, I don't think you can fault the tactics or the players. The ref was worse than Lee Mason which takes some doing.

Said to my boys during the warm up
Wolves looked sharper on the touch
Qpr where just doing running mainly before they did some shooting practice

Holloways blue army chant filled me with joy

**** behind us needs putting down
Complete disgrace and boys stopped me from lumping the twat in s block

Wolves made a sub and Saville came on late and this twat shouted
Peado

Off home tomorrow thank ****

Recommend Just Park app use it lads it's great £8 5 minutes from ground

Brilliant end to match loved it but I am still not sure we have the players and Wolves are a very poor side

We have some real idiots at LR
is the s blocker near the front (5th or 6th row) with his kid and near the vision limiter?

Assuming some of you have watched the manakin challenge briefing on YouTube? I was extremely interested in the body language and facial experessions of most the players... especially Henry and some of the younger members... it seemed they were either embarrassed and daunted by the tv cameras (which I dowbt because most modern day footballers are vein and love the limelight) or they thought Ollie was a complete nutjob and staring in disbelieve.... it worried me greatly as I would assume his personality and passion would at least bring a smile to their faces and a bit of togetherness...
Worth a watch, it could just be me reading into it a bit too much....

Taking in the comments from the other thread about the squad lacking leaders I can't help but feel that the issue remains that we just don't have a midfield that's strong enough and that takes control of matches.

These past few seasons we've seen comment after comment on this board about the volume of midfielders the club has been linked with or actually acquired, but I have to say that not many are good enough.

Luongo is probably the pick of the bunch in the role that he performs. Chery ought to be dominating games, but continues to be hit & miss. When he's good, he's brilliant, but when he's bad, he's a liability.

Cousins has been played out of position too often, but I've not seen much to quicken the pulse at the sight of his name on the team sheet.

Henry should really only be there when the team is either in trouble or needs to shut the door. He's a damage limitation player. No team starting with him is a team with much ambition and flair, I fear.

We need two or three good ball players, clear about their roles, that'll combine well together, see opportunities and create chances. How I miss a Derry, Ale and Taraabt combo now.

I was talking to a Wolves fan after the game and he asked a strange question " Is Ollie an alcoholic because he looks and acts like one" which i though was funny until he said he meant it.
Reason he asked was he said his father was and Ollie reminded him of him.

Anyway hopefully he is not and upward and onwards to the next game.

More of this and we'll all be in the sauce, Gaz.

Trying to be positive again this morning.

Yesterday we tried to play football and never gave up.

Lynch was one kick away getting us an equaliser and this forum would have been a very different place had he kicked it in... we would have been talking about spirit and not giving up.....but we are not.

Footballers are confidence players...and ours lack it... an equaliser would have given such a boost. I hope they can take something from last night.

A few other posiives....Smithies is absolutely outstanding again....he run the length of the pitch to give his gloves to someone in the crowd at end
Yeni looked very lively when on.

The team never gave up....I did not see that with JFH teams

But we must get behind the team...there is no point booing Henry or anyone out there.
The team is no longer full of Spongers. You can call Sandro many things including over paid...but he is no Botswinga...who puts in a shift as far as he is able.

As Wolves fans said, or something like....it is always darkest before the dawn...

Now can I write I do not know who to hate the most....the ref...who was a pain ....booked Perch but ignored many other similar events from Wolves, completely whistle happy ....or Perch ..his tackle ....looked a straight red from where I sat...

Has he any sense.......obviously NO

Ok that was easy....PERCH....last night was your fault

Sorry, as hard as I try, I can't pick any positives out of last night's performance. We were totally devoid of any class or backbone. We should really expect and demand more from the players. So disillusioned at the moment.

Jimmy'a teams never gave up that I saw and we pulled out some late wins and points, most memorably at Fulham.

That's the twat
Needs a ****ing good learning
There were kids around him and he was swearing like a trooper
Plus he has no idea about football
He started on the lino from the kick off who with the ref were dreadful
I had to have a chill pill from my sons as I wanted to deck the ****ing walrus

I loved the match and loads of work to do with the team and to make it simple all of them were always in the wrong place too late or too soon

It will come when it all settles down

Like Holloway says no instant football
So can't understand any criticism at this point

Henry is the only outfield player at QPR who knows anything about positioning
I would pick him as he is only experienced player we have at the moment
He does his job
Great servant for QPR

Our various Managers see it, but all too few supporters, many of whom boo him now when he comes on. With this sort of behaviour, the booking of youngsters in their first games for us, we hardly to deserve to stay up.

Yes, I saw that interview and it puzzled me to be honest. Considering the poor turnout the support was good. Certainly in our corner over in R Block.

Every club has it's idiots. Hardly a reason to say we deserve to go down is it?
