I want a .gif of Lallana's skill down in the corner at the end. What a player he is, so proud he's Saints through and through. Really thought we were fantastic today, no nonsense defending and lovely fluid football, we will beat better teams than QPR playing like that. Shaw, Lallana, Puncheon and Cork in particular stood out.

Same, I hope that bit makes it onto match of the day.

Great performance, we looked comfortable all game really. I fear for Mark Hughes, carrying on like that QPR are almost a certainty to go down, which is a shame with some of the players they have.
The stream I was watching on particularly miserable commentator (I'm not sure who) was criticising Gazzaniga for every little thing - he did go for a few crosses rashly, but otherwise performed well for a young goalkeeper and I don't think deserves heavy criticism.

That was lovely with some great football being played. QPR were really awful though, particularly in the first half. I for one won't be sad to see Sparky sacked. Never liked the bloke, even when he was playing for us.

Very surprised about how much more solid we look with Cork playing. Shaw was outstanding and Lallana really seems to take responsibility when he's in front of Shaw. Great stuff. Onwards and upwards please.

Well that was excellent. I did panic when the QPR scored, but we just continued to take the game to them. Well done whoever was there, Saints fans sounded amazing on the Radio. The rendition of theres only one Nigel Adkins was almost moving. Hope this is the big turning point. Feel much more confident that we will give Newcastle a good game.

Has to be said, it's a lot easier against these kinds of teams isn't it? We've had performances like that already and lost.

One of the highlights for me was Gaston celebrating on the bench for the third goal. You do kind of wonder with players like him if his heart is really in it, and I think we can be sure now that it is. Speaks volumes about Adkins' ability to galvanise everyone at the club together.

I think I was watching the same stream, but to be fair, they couldn't get enough of Saints' interpassing brilliance.
I cannot get over how good Puncheon has been this season, and Cork and Schneiderlin look fantastic.

He was awful. I suppose as a young goalkeeper mistakes are expected so in that sense maybe he shouldn't be criticized too heavily. But he should not be playing in this league. Were it not for the fact that QPR is so dire they hardly had the ball I think he could easily have coughed up 4 or 5 goals today.

But Saints won and he got some experience and hopefully he watches the tape and learns to do exactly the opposite of pretty much everything he did today.
