Please find where I have ever written this season that we should be pushing for promotion or be anything other than a mid-table Championship team.
We are rebuilding the club from top to bottom and this will take time and all I want is a mid-table team who won't get relegated.
What I am saying is that I don't want to end up in League 1. I think that's fair enough.

It’s me that have said we could be in the mix especially after beating Wolves and Sheffield
Now that would be an achievement
The difference is QPR could still get into the pack with a change in form not that we are in anyway ready as a club to move
Look at the Leeds fans today now their is a club that has had to adjust their expectations

We aren’t even close yet to being the club we had. I have always maintained that our fan base would suffer the turmoil
And I believe I was correct

I maintain this team albeit on a losing streak has enough to stay in this division plus it also has potential to push. This lot are fighters plus at last we have a heart at the club that cares. I do not want that to change just to make a few fans happy for 5 minutes

We should enjoy each game as it comes imo nothing more

Not good living in Leeds. Got some right stick from my mates today although I did say before the game that they would put at least 3 past us. Should have put my money where my mouth Is!!
I seriously and I mean seriously can't understand anyone on here not even contemplating relegation as a possibility. We are going backwards with poor tactics, poor selctions but most importantly poor results. Forget the team spirit and up for the fight crap. It all boils down to results and points. I'm not happy to be 18th in the league and can' understand anyone that is.

18th is safe Bob and you will know that that final 18th could be 14th come the final days results. The side certainly doesn’t look as unbalanced to me and it is becoming a lot clearing the small problem is up front and more than anything composure.
We aren’t a full unit yet

It may become a personal choice because I cannot see a new man making any difference to the quality we have upfront

I concede a new face up front maybe the difference the rest of the side is fine

Why do you not think we are in any danger of getting relegated? Genuine question mate

I think we have a sufficiently good squad of players and, most importantly, they give their all. I share the reservations about Holloway tactically, but if he can keep them all fighting for one another, we'll be alright. It's only a few weeks since we beat the top two in the division, remember.

Leeds fans have never adjusted their expectations mate. They have always believed and wanted to be in the top flight. They expect to be there. Every fan of every club should have expectations as should the managers and owners. As for fighters, I'm sick of hearing it. Mackie is what I would class as a fighter, would you want another 10 like him??? I wouldn't. I believe we have a decent squad but a totally clueless manager but hey that' ok cos he's got passion and cares.

Fair enough answer stroller. Iv'e always maintained that football is about opinions and I respect yours. Beating the top 2 in the division at that particular time was brilliant and just aswell we did but the table doesn't lie and we slip down each week. If the fight was really there as some think it is then where's the fight to get an away win, where's the fight to not concede at stupid times. Fight isn't doing much at the moment.

Didn't take our chances in the first half, and didn't create any chances to take in the second. After the toothless effort today, I think relegation is very much on the cards. We need to beat bottom of the table teams and next week at Brum would be a good start, but I wouldn't put money on it.

Apart from the fluke goal, a great tackle by Bidwell was about the only thing to cheer about

That’s not fair. What about when they announced that there’d be no alcohol at half time in the away end?

I thought we were pretty good in the first half, but Smith showed today why he should never be in the starting line-up. He was a complete waste of a shirt in the second half. I was quite impressed with Wszolek at right back.

Yes, Wszolek was effective and put in some good crosses, particularly first half. None of the forwards did much, I was hoping for decent distribution by Luongo, but it didn't materialise today. Leeds increasingly looked like a well oiled machine, and by the second half, we had run out of attacking ideas

I thought Pawel was very good today too. There were occasions where I thought if Sylla had been around Smith in the box instead of Conor, he might have scored. He had a shot well saved by their Keeper after he gave us a goal, that could of given us another 2-2.

Same as I saw it plus petty telegraphed build up. Came very close at 1-2 and Silla did everything right but his shot hit the back of the keeper ... fair play to him closing down but he knew little about it imo
Still think we have enough if chances go in
Composure builds confidence imo

That's true, if that had gone in, we'd be writing different reports, although still a mostly unconvincing performance. Our fate looks like it could be heaviy influenced by what's happening below us. Three big clubs there could come good, and embarrass us

Awful game. Some fellow a few rows back from me, near the end of the game, collapsed having suffered some form of fit or seizure. It seemed to take a long time to get medics to him and they closed our exit so they could stretcher him out. Hope he is ok.

Read on LFW that some doctors in the crowd came to his aid while the stewards were suitably clueless and unsure of what to do.

Thats what we all wanted QPR people who cares for the shirt. Now we have that we now want a ready made super team that pisses the division. We had the finest inventive player of recent times ... a player that lights up any football match ... yet he was wrong
We had a proven goal scorer we sold him for 4m
We cleared out everyone
We had a absolute clown as a manager who didn’t even take training sessions and wanted to spend money we didn’t have
All backed by the vision of a poor businessman who wanted to build a new stadium on land owned by someone else He hadn’t even asked

Our team and club crippled by debt is a championship club at best thankfully for a lot of years. Cardiff for example, good side next year if they make it will need to spend £100m if they make promotion and possibly get in a new manager

So the story may even repeat itself

Maybe if the make it they can buy Fer from Swansea as they drop the other way

We need at least 3 more years re establishing this club with a mid table finish our aim . What we must do is treat the FA cup with respect and get a decent run going

Teams who do this go on to better things each and every time
