I fear they are are increasingly so, but I am an old fart and still fail to entirely understand the parody.

Still amazed at the deliberate yellow card action by Sylla. So when he scores 5 goals, he gets a week off, assuming he doesn't get booked for a tackle in the meantime.
I thought he was ok, nothing sophisticated, happy to get rid of the ball quickly. But he didn't have an awful lot to do, Hull were pretty unambitious and he went off mid second half.
First outing.

Baptiste going off was the catalyst for today's victory. When the substitution took place with Wszolek, an A4 sheet of paper was handed to Bidwell from the bench, he read it and passed it around the team. It ended up tucked down Onuoha's sock. I wouldn't mind seeing what it said as we became so much more dynamic from then on. Not that we were that bad before, I thought we were the better side throughout the game. I really enjoyed the match, today was a very good day at the game and before and after it.

We noticed the bit of paper as well 9's.
Speculation in the paddock was that it had a picture of a ball and a picture of a net with the instruction....'Put the round thing, in the NET'

Diminishing returns from their albums but voted best band to see live for years in the early 2000s. Not worth avoiding unless you've seen them before or have something significantly better to see (at a Reading festival you can swap stages quickly so it's low risk anyway if your daughter is there for bands).
As a domestic fan who can't get to games, it's not easy to contribute on match threads although I love reading the comments (and the overseas fans are adding a lot due to their viewing).
I will say that I love that we've been competitive in every game (actually the cup tie sounds like the one we were worst in). Olly seems to be sticking to a first eleven but changing it well when needed. The midfield sounds awesome, the defence sounds like there's enough if we can get the right lineup and give them a run. I have slightly more doubts about the strikers - they can all score but also have barren spells and this is the aspect that will be the greatest test - managing them all and keeping them all at an effective level.
I hope we can keep this up into the next game and, more crucially, out of the international break which has been the death knoll of our good form more often than it should.

I fully understand your "involvement" situation. Now being able to watch the live international streams provides a much deeper insight and involvement in supporting the R's. It is great that this has coincided with having a team that is worth watching.
As regards the QPR+ stream, for me it was perfect yesterday.
No lags or buffering issues at all. No freezing or messages. A great quality high definition fluid stream. Plus the commentary was not only in synch, but you could actually hear it.

No, exactly the same here! (They are still having trouble with the clock on the screen that is always behind)
From what I can gather the bands she wants to see are all on the bewildering number of other stages. I remember (and this dates me) when Reading used to be basically hard rock/heavy metal, with perhaps a little punk (which was very controversial when first invited). There's still a heavy element, but a huge amount of other stuff too.
Would it have been a change of formation? Did we change from 3 at the back when he went off?
