Just watched the highlights, I thought the first goal was excellent, great lay off from Campbell, and nice to see Bowen go for the near post, rather than the far one which is his usual corner to go for.

City certainly looked to have the better chances and richly deserve the win.

Haven’t seen the highlights so not sure if this features - but the through ball by Henriksen that set up Campbell was also sumptuous, played under pressure from an opponent over forty yards with great accuracy given the circumstances. Henriksen really is a pivotal player for us now, both as a midfielder and a motivational captain (he never shuts up, constantly instructing and cajoling during the match).

Hello Markus.
It does seem like someone has an extreme mancrush on Markus.

Good point watched it back and you are right it as a clever ball and finally, he is showing his worth.

Villa have surged up the table as soon as they got rid of the useless **** - makes you wonder where we'd be now if we got rid of him before the 2015 January transfer window

A poll on the City fans Facebook page has over 50% voting for Henriksen as most influential City player so far this season. Which I think is about right.

He is like most players, give them game time and playing in the right position. Credit to Adkin's for putting him in the right position, making him captain, which seems to have helped his confidence. He's had his critics, but he has certainly answered them in the right way now.

That’s how the league table should look with the players we have.
Looking like the takeover isn't happening soon so we are stuck with Adkins too, a worry when we have players who he can't get the best out out of like Toral/Dicko/Keane/De Wijs/Kingsley/ etc. If Elphick goes in January and injuries hit again, we have had it with Adkins.3-2 v QPR with all our best players available and a weather affected match v Norwich don't convince me at all
