should be a good un this. Hopefully nige is keeping the injuries close to his chest and we've got bodies back. I like Steve Mc, hope he does well. Just not in this one. Battling 2-1 to the mighty Tigers. Come on City.
Given historically, the area was named after the most notable thing, a bush shepherds sheltered near on their way to Smithfields Market, I knew this would be a struggle to gather some titbits, but believe me, I tried. Steptoe & Son’s junkyard had a fictional address – 24 Oil Drum Lane, Shepherds Bush. You can travel by road and rail from here to somewhere interesting. That's it really. Let's hope the game finishes with them being as pointless as the place.
QPR only lost one of last nine, on their own ground it's another difficult one so I would definitely be very happy with a point from this one.
It once took me 2 days to thumb it back from a City away game v QPR when I was about 14 having set off on the Friday to london instead of going to school I am sure it was a 1-1 bore draw after all that .
Not sure what to expect from this game, QPR looks in reasonable form, but hopefully, we will get the rub of the green and get something from the game.
So. This week I was offered a new job, start second week in Jan. I'm off to Washington DC tomorrow, for a week of work summits and conferences. Then hand my 4 weeks in at the end of the week. We beat Norwich 0-0. I can't see anything other than a regulation 4 nowt mauling by us, on the basis that good luck comes in 4s, and 4 is of course our magic number. You Ull.
And swannys a bigger one. Warnock demands 100% from his players. He Sussed swan out straight away. And got rid of him.
I hope you dutifully abuse the Company Credit Card in the States. A self chosen leaving gift ... so to speak. Good luck in the new role. City 3 nowt btw.
Ironically I'd rather have him in charge of us than your man 'Nige'. Not sure I fancy us today with no options to cover any injuries thanks to Adkins lack of coaching and nous, but if the weather is bad we might be able to force a result like we did the other night. With the help of Elphick doing the coaching on the pitch in lieu of the manager
Some on here gleefully rubbishing former Tiger BB McLaren as DQPR had a dreadful start. Just like they rubbish him for owt. But has turned it around there and is doing a very good job. Would be good to see him manage us one day. DQPR never been a happy hunting ground for us.
