The connection may be a robe of his which it is claimed was woven by the direct ancestors of the first lady of Iceland, Dorrit Moussaieff - who is of Hebrew extraction. Is this the connection ?

Colognehornet you are right that is the rumour. You are now Magnús Sigursteinnsson, I think you know him as Magnús Magnússon.

Dorrit Moussaieff is of a Bukharian Jewish family, who were makers of Genghis Khan’s cape, so is said.

Limo to the game?

No, sorry. They are the only club in Europe to offer this service because of something which they own which is unique. The only other club in the World to offer this is Boca Juniors in Buenos Aires, although Everton offer something which is a bit similar. More to do with a service renderred after the final whistle !

Is it that fans can be buried in a special graveyard near the stadium with turf from the pitch over the coffin?

You've got it Barry. Hamburg S.V. actually own their own cemetary with area for about 500 graves. Club members and lifelong fans can be buried within sound of the stadium for a cost of about 2,500 Euros. Boca Juniors also have a cemetary but 18km from their stadium. At Everton fans can have their ashes buried in Urns beside the pitch and a couple are buried under the penalty spots. German law does not allow for this, or for the scattering of ashes and so H.S.V. actually built their own graveyard. Over to you Barry.

How are Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man all linked to Les Miserables?

All linked by the writer ? Hugo lived on both Jersey and Guernsey whilst in exile - and wrote Les Miserables during this period. His play Mangerot-ils? (Will they eat ?) was set on the Isle of Man (supposedly in the middle ages). Can't think of another connection with the Isle of Man.

You have the Channel Islands connection correct - the book was first published while he was in exile in Guernsey but it is believed it was started when he was in exile in Jersey before being exiled from Jersey for criticism of Queen Victoria. The Isle of Man connection is with the recent film.

The actress who played Eponine was from the Isle of Man ?
