We are all used to seeing rules of behaviour for passengers on public transport - regarding alcohol, tobacco, loud music etc. If you saw the following rules where would you be, when, and what was the name of the operating company ? There were 9 rules altogether, these are the first 2.

1. Abstinence from alcohol is requested, but if you must drink share the bottle.

2. You are requested to refrain from the smoking of pipes if ladies are present, however, chewing tobacco is allowed provided you spit it out in the right direction ie. with the wind.
