maybe it's a prestige thing... Big Nick wants to play in the richest league in the world.

I don't think it would do any harm to give Prozzy at least one full game in the first team as he does often get himself into a position where he can score a goal. Even when he is has been a sub he very rarely gets a chance to come on even for 20 minutes. Surely theres nothing to lose if we are short of players who can actually score.

Eh? Those 2 things really dont go hand in hand. If it was prestige he was after surely he'd want to play in the league that provided both finalists for the Champions League final.

And by richest league in the word do you mean most in-debt league in the world?

I have to agree with that, Sagbo has one huge flaw, and that's it, numerous times this season you look in the middle to see him but he's not there as he likes to pull out wide to much. Surely a good coach could coach that out of him?

On the contrary, I'd say we should play a striker alongside him who knows how to exploit the gaps Sagbo makes as he pulls defenders out wide with him. If Sagbo didnt pull out wide he wouldnt be doing his job.

Nick is a ****ing lightweight!
The PL is way too physical for our delicate little nick.
calling him BIG nick is a joke.
he needs to be stronger, no amount of coaching can do that - he has to be more aggressive - is it a confidence thing?
some weight training would be best.

maybe he wants to play in BPL, just to say he has.
it makes the most money, but it also pays the most.

maybe SB will give him a shot when Sunderland come visit or we hammer the Hammers.... or at least when we are mathematically safe.

2 stories here,

Kris Boyd generally did **** all at Rangers, no off the ball play, holding up etc etc, scored 101 goals in 143 appearances.

Mark Hateley was hated by the Rangers fans for the 1st year and a half, everyone said he was ****e, he didn't really do or score much, then all of a sudden ended up with 87 goals in 165 matches.

Anything is possible if someone is given a chance. It may not work out, but it may do.

Anything is possible... if you're part of a gigantic club playing against pub teams.

I guess he has to prove himself on the training ground and impress SB.
Just how long has little nick got left on his contract?

Let's face it, with the "attacking options" we currently have and are playing, would it really hurt to give Prozzy a few games?? I think not!!

I reckon Prozzy would have at least scored that sitter that Sagbo missed today

He wouldn't have been there to have that chance. Sagbo is usually a decent finisher too, that one today was close but wasn't easy. It could only be hit with his right foot due to the speed it came at him and the way he was stood but that meant shooting across goal and was always going to be hard not to drag it wide. There's few players I'd rather see in that position than Sagbo.

The reason we didn't score today wasn't the strikers. Chelsea's defence restricted us to almost nothing.

Long's miss against Southampton was quite impressive

perhaps his miss-us had tweeted him not to score
(just in case he has to move to the cold, uncultured, uneducated, disease ridden north...)
