I am sure his time will come, he just needs to be patient, and once he gets that first goal he will be off and running. If he is in our long term plans, then it would be a good idea to get another German in at some stage, so at least he has a fellow countryman at the club.
England is a different kettle of fish to the continent thats why I thought it was a risky gamble signing him. Switzerland itself would be a home from home for him as its a Germanic country and he would be close to home and the Autobahns
Good few pictures of him on Mcleans twitter today, having a laugh with a few of the lads, good to see maybe settling in within the team a lot more now which is good.
I should have put mostly Germanic country, fair enough. German is spoken by the majority with about 18 percent speaking French.
He should have moved to Little Switzerland, then he'd be feeling at home already(though I doubt he'd find anyone there who speaks French or German. Or English).
But that's what the ressies were originally set-up for, it was to give anyone who doesnt get a game chance to keep some kind of relative match fitness up. When did playing for the ressies become an insult?
Maybe Brucey has got one or two behind closed door games arranged, so he is planning to use him in these.
Expect him to start getting more game time. Hope he's been playing a few 'behind closed door' games as will be still short of match practice. http://www.thisishullandeastriding....ce-Hull-City/story-17088801-detail/story.html
We're going to need him at some stage, there's no question of that as Jay surely cannot play every game
