Just opinions but I thought we were worse today than the sheff utd game, field is the only consistent light, he wins a lot of balls, god knows what has happened to chair and johansen. Injuries and spinal tap goalies haven't helped but if they're not playing for the manager, it's another change coming...so disappointing and can anyone see us getting anything before the season ends?
I can, lower in the table !

Unless we win the remaining 5 games, and that would be quite the freak turn of events, you'll probably get your wish.

You say it's my "wish", but there's nothing I'd like more than for us to win our remaining games. If we do, of course he should stay.

My "wish" would have been that Warbs hadn't made such a complete horlicks of things since the AFCON.

It's not ****ing luck ! When are you gonna wake up Os ffs. You simply don't get this many injuries without there being seriously wrong with our training. I've said it before , Warburton doesn't even do defensive training so who the **** is crippling all the defenders and keepers this season ?

Yes, It sounds like you think Warburton probably has his agents go out and pull players hamstrings in their beds at night, bang the Keepers heads against the bed post, feed them rotten food so they get a bad stomach, and if you are a French defender hit his knee with a hammer a few times.
Last season the medical team got a lot of credit for keeping the Squad so fit. I believe it's the same medical team now and same Coaching team, so yes all the injuries are a combination of limited budget/ bringing In players cheaper who had injury history, a small squad, and bad luck. Willock's for example the most damaging for the team I think, was caused by an impact injury. Nothing the Coaches or Medical staff can do about that, it's just bad luck. Same with the Keeper Archer? who pulled his shoulder out saving a pen. And with Dieng kicked after making a save.

When your luck is out it really is out.

According to WLS Dickie is out of the rest of the season with a hamstring injury. Dieng likely to be. Hendrick and Wallace also have less serious hamstring Injuries. Barbet had a swollen knee. Westwood dropped out with a stomach bug. Warburton hopefull that Barbet and Wallace maybe back Friday.

Does it matter, they are all underperforming to a high degree ......apart from possibly Gray. There has to be an inquiry as either MW has lost them or something has gone on behind the scenes!!.....Afcon, the disappearance of Dom Ball, the Loan players or maybe intrusion from the board. Who knows but the same players have lost the plot!!

Really!!! They certainly weren't all underperforming except Gray imo. Long way off that. I reckon the improvement in Willock since he joined us nearly 2 seasons ago has been immense, so much stronger now and better able to make use of the technical ability he had when he joined us. Our coaches have done a great job with him. Dieng has been excellent too. He and Chair have become Internationals while playing for us the last 2 seasons. Barbet has been continually very good the last 2 seasons. Think Preston was the first game he's missed through injury the last 2 seasons. Field has also played really well since returning from his injury, better than he was last season imo. Dunne probably had his worse game for us at Preston, but has been pretty solid all season. Dickie been mainly ok, though he couldn't keep his excellent early season form up. Moses has been doing very well especially recently.

Really it's just Austin, Dykes, Johansen, Wallace and Chair whose form for me seems to have been going the wrong way. Unfortunately other than Wallace perhaps, they are key to our attack. Austin, Albert and Johansen are perhaps past their best' though they may come back good next season after rest and good pre-season training. Chair and Dykes are hopefully just going through a bad patch, Dykes after injury and Chair after too much sitting on a Bench at the Afcon.
