I've heard the word recovery mentioned more in pre season than I remember in previous.

I also heard that at present, training sessions are being conducted almost entirely through a translator (although I heard this 2nd hand, so don't know if the "translator" referred to is actually Eric Black, who speaks French...)

Poch also worked the team hard and that worked out well. The team can play for 90+ mins without fading.
