Thanks for sorting smug. A friend of mine also came up trumps with 2. If you are being asked by other people, give the tickets to them. If you can’t shift them, I’ll take them from you, as I don’t want to mess you around
"You're only here to see Sunderland" Wanderers are on course for their biggest home crowd of the season, with a sold-out away end, sold-out exec boxes, sold-out hospitality lounges, sold-out car park and now a Family Stand with only a handful of seats left to buy. https://www.wycombewanderers.co.uk/...stand-close-to-sell-out-for-sunderland-match/
OK, I've sold those so don't transfer that money I do have another half a dozen but I think they'll move as people get excited for the game.
if clubs are taking advantage of covid to buy transfer/injury recovery time we'd be daft not to do the same. i know Winchester was 50/50 for this weekend and some other players with niggles, so maybe gets a few more some extra days. bit cynical I know, but we need to use every trick, as others will against us.
Tend to agree although I'm not a fan of stockpiling games, especially when we are in good form If we can get a decent team out this weekend then let's go for it
Thanks for helping any way smug, much appreciated I still owe you a pint for the Cambridge tickets, so if I see you there, there’s a round on me.
It's a difficult one to call this one. Yes we are on a good run at the minute but Wycombe are no mugs and it would be a difficult game with a full squad to choose from. Johnson said we have injuries but wouldn't say who. We are wafer thin as it is. Rotherham and Wigan are in the cup so we don't end up with games in hand. I am uneasy going in with a weakened team and risking losing a very important game.
Surely you can beat us with your reserves. We don't seem to be able to score goals, which is a slight problem
Quite a few childish comments on your forum. This mentality your manager has encouraged you to adopt is pathetic tbh. Wycombe used to be admired and respected but Ainsworth's ego has tarnished that imo ... ... congratulations on selling out the car park though https://gasroom.org/discussion/7149/sunderland-game-at-risk
We'll you can't see the cheating and time wasting .... .. but you can still hear Ainsworth moaning to the referee
thought it was some American thing they'd introduced, turn up 3 hours before ko for a BBQ, picnic and bunting
Reading the bullshit on that forum makes you laugh doesn’t it? We want to play. We’re right in the middle of a great run of games.
To which forum do you refer? We haven't got a thread for this game yet, as you can see. Apologies for any twats on other forums; it's why we don't use them
PS Whatever you say about our manager, I and my family have met him and he is a very nice chap. We went through a period of several useless managers and an owner who fleeced us. We now have stability with our manager and owner and this means a lot to us. Whatever happens, I hope you get your promotion this year. Looking good at present
