To be fair it's been a much better second half from us. Oh and Origi - not a fox in the box... That's judging from the pre-season as a whole. Speed merchant.
Looked like Coutinho dropped deeper into CM which I think made an impact.
it allowed milner to go futher up
he was involved in both even if one was a set play.
So I'm assuming that Benteke will start next weekend.. I think the team is likely to be..

For the second half of the season
With our start, playing Can rather than Lucas and throwing Firmino in is suicide
Cannot start with Lovren but wouldn't be surprised. He makes the basics looks so difficult and we were hardly tested today. And Gomez should not be starting at LB.
Milner and Henderson just won't work - once teams bypass the initial press, we will be exposed. Plus their attacking intent will be restricted. Much better playing with freedom and having protection behind them.
And depending on Firmino's fitness, there is no way I would start Lallana. Just doesn;t really offer anything.
Ibe and Coutinho were big positives today but also the pressing - we didn;t create many chances today but the majority came by forcing errors, so that was good to see .
And I know it was only 10 mins and the game dynamic had changed but Chirivella is an exciting talent. We moved the ball around in midfield a lot better once he came on.
lallana was dirt.
there's zero reason why firmino won't play at least 60mins tomorrow and score 3 goals and allay any fears.
PEDRO is an exciting talent no question.
peopel wanted pedro for lfc.. they got him.
Some are touting as the next Busquets. If he becomes even half the player Sergio is, then we have a top class talent on our hands. The way he moved the ball around with confidence and intelligence.
I'd throw Firmino in personally. He's a goal threat, unlike most of our other attacking players.
