Really hope we come at them right from the off. And don't try and match up against them, like mk Dons did first leg. Just play our own game, move the ball quicker and we'll pick them off.

Sheff Wed had an answer to Stewart but couldn't cope with Clarke and Roberts.

When we get into the box they daren't tackle and we need to just have players running in as Roberts did on Monday.

My guess, however, is that we'll win with a Pritchard free kick and a Stewart penalty.

Alex Neil will have been preparing for this game for months. He now can get to the finer detail of picking a side to win the game. Wright and Batth will ensure we don't get bullied at the back like we did in the covid-affected game down there. Wouldn't shock me to see us go back to 3 at the back depending on whether Broadhead or Roberts start. I think that will be the key decision he has to make as the rest of the side pretty much picks itself. There are going to be some big names not even in the 18 man squad. I reckon we'l see:

Patterson
Wright Batth Cirkin
Gooch Evans O'Nien Clarke
Pritchard Roberts
Stewart

Subs: Hoffmann, Doyle, Matete, Broadhead, Neil, Embleton Hume

Sitting in the stands: McGeady, Burge, Xhemajli, Dajaku

Injured: Huggins, Winchester, Willis

Thoughts on having Geads on the bench? He missed out for the Sheff Wed away game because Broadhead was fit but could we squeeze him in for, say, Hume? Big game player and wouldn't be phased by the occasion. Could be handy.
I don't think he'll make it. He's not in our best 18 players right now assuming you need cover for all possible positions. Suppose you could leave one of Matete or Neil out to accommodate McGeady but that would be a) harsh and b) a gamble seeing as the lad hasn't been on the park in 6 months

Good point it would be fine if we could find geads in the squad
However likes been said there will be a few who miss out on the squad on the day

What a joke <laugh>

A third phase of sales, opening on Monday, May 16 at 10am – but only subject to availability - will allow Wycombe Wanderers supporters who did not hold a ticketing account prior to Tuesday, May 10 to purchase up to two tickets each.
Any supporter buying tickets will need to create an account on the ticketing system if they have not previously done so.
This can be done quickly by heading to tickets.wwfc.com and selecting the ‘Create Account’ option in the top-right corner.

Wonder how many Sunderland fans who won't qualify for tickets take up that option

That must be for their 'Worldwide Phenomenon' branch jetting it from all corners of the globe.

My cousin thinks he can easily get me a ticket so it's on. I'll be on jubilee line but from Stanmore which I think is the end. About 4 stops to Wembley park. I'll be driving up and down from Manchester so no drinking for me until I get home. :emoticon-0106-cryin:emoticon-0167-beer:
