Sheer delusion from the chucklemeister;

<laugh> We had better expand Swansea airport quick as terror thinks the players will be wanting to go because they want to be near an airport..<laugh> This is so funny i had to share it with the lads working down the liberty. they were in stitches and will be pinning it on to monks new office door..<laugh> ...Give us some more gems like that please as i have never laughed so much in ages......you see what laudrups sacking has done! the club is feeling much happier already...<ok>

Has a way with words does Ivor. You'd swear he (thick cockney accent) "does this for a living"

Oh, an attempt at wit from the Hygiene Executive (SACKED!!). I'd love to indulge in a battle of wits with you but you're only half equipped for the job.

Dai, you're "a big man but you're outta shape!"

Ramblin's "lay down the the law " post leveling the board and a section of fans for there treatment of Laudrup I thought was very worthy of mention

For me this is contender for post of the season. Hoping for more gems like these from Terror. Well done lad.

Glad to have amused you.
My first nomination, what an honour :)
Let's hope we get some support ay?

You intending to write anything humorous any time soon?

I do try, but my attempts at humor seem to fall flat. Even what I thought was an amusing comment about your airport post has Ivor hot under the collar. Think many on here are so serious that they just fail to spot any humor.

Daniels post is well thought through, post of the week for me :

Whats in the scope? ... we can discuss all we want, but ....

... in the end its all futile until we see the reaction from the available players in the next few games.

As a dane I stand sad to see Laudrup go, but unlike many others I do understand the decision by the board. Things have not looked well in plenty of games and some players seem demotivated, or is the balance on the team just bad? Did Laudrup fail to raise his voice and concern in order to create the necessary motivation, or was he undermined by some of the players as well? Maybe its a combination of everything and this raises a lot of questions.

How will the spanish armada react to the sackin? here I am thinking especially about Michu.

Will Monk be able to raise the spirit in the team, making them understand that its not Laudrup who matters now ... only the team matters, the players should forget about everything else and focus.

Are the players as good as some think they are? There are quiet a few players who seem to be randomly present at the pitch while having awfull days at times, just to name Pozuelo, De Guzman and Hernandez as a few. Even Bony looks sometimes as if he couldnt bother, the ball has to find him in the box ... he rarely makes to explosive run to meet the ball in the air, but he does have a good scoring rate. Thats why I miss Michu, he is so good at making those runs to meet the ball.

Is it Laudrups fault that we have been collapsing? the teams? individual players? the physical coach? (dont actually even know if Swansea has one)

I cant answer any of the above, how would we have been without Michus injury? .... I dont have a clue. So I wont have a go at Laudrup or the board, since I am pretty much clueless myself, just hoping for better times ahead and getting used to Swansea not being shown on danish tv, thank god for live streams.
