In fact I was mighty peed off when a few years ago, I moaned at the length of time I had to wait for a knee operation and the NHS employee I was seeing (consultants assistant) told me I could fly EasyJet to Eastern Europe and get it done for £120...
Serbia may have more beds but the nurses treat you as an inconvenience and spend most of the day smoking in a little room down the corridor. The food is inedible so you have to rely on visitors to bring your dinner, oh and your toilet paper! (but if you go private it's cheap and up to date)

USA HBO series Last Week with John Oliver: He's a not-very-funny-to-be-honest comedian turned semi-political comedic pundit who goes down well in the States. Local councillors are often not the fine upstanding people one would like to think. I saw a video last night involving a UKiP councillor from Kent who was chatting away to a couple of people in their home, and suddenly she pops out with... I don't object to many things [or some such lead-in words] but I do have a problem with Negroes. I don't know why..!!!

I see that Donald Trump has made a particular comment about the Orlando shooting in that he saw this sort of thing coming because America allow so many different people from different cultures into their country.
The guy who shot 50 people in the Orlando nightclub was born in Queens, New York, USA, about 8 miles from where Donald Trump was born. I believe he was well versed in American culture.
