Since when were mental health issues and terrorism a mutually exclusive thing anyway?

Btw has anyone else noticed that last week Ian mocked the idea that we'd likely see an attack against the Jewish community soon and now it's happened he's denying that it's a terrorist attack?

Sadly as predictable as the event itself.

By flagging it up a terrorism it will merely encourage others and give someone publicity who should not get any media attention. It will also serve to heighten tension between different communities as well as encourage the gammons from the likes of Reform. Stating it is a terrorist incident so early served no purpose and less so now that it would appear to be a mental health issue. If he proves to be someone on PREVENT of with a record of extremism , then this can be considered a terrorist issue tomorrow.

As has happened so often recently, the terrorism tag is banded about too readily and often inaccurately. People are more are risk from from others with these difficulties than genuine terrorists.
someone needs to report this sleeper cell / labour member to prevent before he encourages more jihad to be waged against innocent bystanders

Predictable and disgusting, quite frankly. He's been to Qatar a few times, so is now a geopolitical expert in Gulf Arab countries, and what's more by going to Qatar, he can accurately report back on the exact thoughts of Gulf Arab states, and moreover the man on the street there towards the Palestinians, don't you know...

Anything but admit there might be a broader problem of anti-semitism on the rise here (and in many places).

Terrorist cells are already operating within the UK, 20 plots some defined as deadly have already been thwarted, when will you be satisfied it's terrorism, clearly 2 stabbings purposely aimed at Jewish people is not enough for you, so maybe a deadlier attack might be, what's your threshold, 10, 50 ,100 , 200 people dead. M15 and counter terror teams have been working closely together to stop these Iranian plots on British soil. Just because we don't see them don't mean it's not happening, but one day they will get lucky, because there is only so much we can do. We've had firebombs, on two ocassions now, a synagogue attacked and people killed, people attacked in the street, wake up and smell the coffee, because denial is killing innocent people. These are genuine terrorists, sorry we can't make it fit the model in your head, yes he's mental in the head, yes he has a history of serious violence, what better guy to groom and brainwash with hatred. Call it out for what it is and stand together in solidarity, it is the only way to stop this mayhem. This has to stop and it has to stop now, and stop making excuses for them.

Or worse, doesn't care about the rise in anti-semitism...
