The UK will now head into a recession & mass unemployment is happening and will continue to rise.

Mortgage rates are going up & GBP has crashed. (Bond yields rocketed)

This budget is worse than Liz Truss’s, it’s just the ramifications are going to take a while to play out.

I bet you £10 to a charity of your choice that you cannot coherently justify why this budget is worse than offering £45 billion in unfunded tax cuts.

I don’t need to make any bets or even write a long post to explain it.

I can do it in a sentence:
High taxation never leads to growth.

All labour and their imbeciles are doing is hurting businesses. The numbers will only get worse from here. It’s inevitable.

The insults you throw out will not make up for your incredible lack of common sense

No, what you have done is answered a specific question about the two budgets you compared with a generalisation that says nothing specific about either budget.

Truss damaged the entire economy, which hurt business. It did it immediately and it did it hard.

Truss got a job for a million a year, bought a mansion she could just afford, decided she wanted her old 50k a year job back, but kept the mansion. That is your idea of good economics? You are showing yourself up.

See edit.

Rachel Reeves has been lying about her credentials and was never an economist.

Turns out she worked in a Complaints support manager. She should resign.

The reason the swamp is so horrified by Trump’s appointments is not because they’re actually unqualified, it’s because they’re young outsiders.

That’s not how it’s done. You’re supposed to spend 4 decades in the swamp, paying your dues, working your way up. That’s what, in their minds, makes someone “qualified.” They’re resentful because Trump’s appointments skipped the line.

They’re also mad because many of them are about to be exposed as useless, doing jobs that are useless. The mystique of their “expertise” is about to be shattered by young, patriotic outsiders. It’s gonna be awesome to watch.

Apparently (unverified) have lost half their UK users in the last 12 months. I'll look into that. Usage doesn't mean anything when you have that many troll farms operating.

You can believe the legacy propaganda all you like. The data does not support this.

But Twitter just won an election. It is more relevant than ever because people are sick of ideologically captured legacy media.
