Turns out on a salary sacrifice I get get thousands, and I mean thousands back off my higher rate tax bill. Are you pleased for my financial upturn?

I tried to explain to you what lie means and you aren’t interested. It feels like you don’t want to debate. If I say I want vanilla ice cream and go to the shop and decide on chocolate, that isn’t a lie either. If I say, I have no intention of putting my son to bed at 8, but I get home and he is tired and I do put him to bed at 8, that also isn’t a lie.
But taxes are absolutely required as the public services in this country are held together by string - and the Tories wanted to cut them again this year. That would have been the true national disaster.
