I did. A huge proportion are very old and look bad in the light of modern ways of talking. Lots of people on the right are vocally against quotas - but use Biden talking about quotas as evidence he is racist? Some of them are clearly him being roo old to talk properly. At one point you can clearly see him slip on the word ‘bright’ and say ‘white’. That isn’t me apologising for him, it is evidently true as he does that little ‘did I mean to say that?’ pause after. There are other bits which are edited together and impossible to tell what has happened. Him smirking after being asked about black kids in school? I would like to see the whole clip. Everything on there is carefully pruned. I don’t trust these kinds of things. Get me the original clips and I will join in bashing him.
Some of it is him saying things which are much harder to defend. Lying about marching for black rights, for example. I have said before that the Democrats are way too right wing for me. They are more like the foul Tories and the Republicans are basically Religious Nut Jobs. I do think a party that is all about freedom that hates freedom to be gay or trans or a woman is funny though. You can keep the lot.
