I always ask people if they'd like any old passing bod to perform surgery on them, y'know rather than one of those well trained expert surgeons.

It's why I get a bit fed up with those who think being passionate and enthusiastic is a substitute for skill and training. Give me a miserable bugger who knows what he's doing any time.
