Honestly, we can't win that war at this point. I was worried for a while our response would be stronger and that we would be using this a pretext to go in and try to affect the war, and imo that would just prolong it and cause more deaths. But yeah, as Johnson says it seems we are just doing the minimum to try and try to redraw the red lines and tell Putin enough is enough. Ive got a feeling Putin wont break the status quo any further either so i'm hoping this will mostly be the end of it.

Let's hope.

Putin seems the type to bear grudges though. Russia may be powerless to punish the USA, but I'm willing to bet that the participation of France and the UK will not be forgotten.

Worth emphasising the point that it was Theresa May who was in charge of the home department at the time the policy was introduced. In fairness to Rudd, her words yesterday were very strong in condemnation. Theresa May is an utter disgrace of a person.

This vile woman likes to pretend that she "cares", but is in fact one of the most callous, calculating politicians of all. her position as PM should be untenable by rights.

Has it slipped under the radar, that the missiles used, are made by Lockheed Martin?
Saint Theresa’s hubby is a senior executive for Capital Group, an investment firm that owns, depending on accuracy between 7% and 10% of Lockheed Martin, with the 7% being valued at £7 billion.
Guess whose shares rose in value, following the bombing raid?
That’s right, Lockheed Martin. If this doesn’t constitute insider trading, it absolutely stinks that he is potentially tapping into this type of information by acting as an unofficial adviser to his missus.

Think for one quiet minute, do you honestly think one executive of an investment company holding 10% or less shares in a company the size of Lockheed, can have a serious impact on how they operate their business or how their clients use their products, then you really need to get a control of your amazing imagination.

So Mr Putin is the antidote to our PM, is that what you’re saying? I’m sure the opposition in Russia would like to discuss these points with you and your friends with similar opinions. That’s if they are able to be found, and available for a frank, open and unhindered discussion. Best of luck!

The missiles we used we're storm shadow missiles made by MBDA.

Come again Mate?......I was offering an opinion about our Prime Minister, nothing at all to do with Russia.
