The 30 years ago continued up until this week and I've already said, without any access to the expensive Police resources ANYBODY would have known that there was ZERO potential for trouble. i suggested some years ago that from my experience of visiting football matches in other regions over many many years, Hull City could be better served by Greater Manchester Police or others. The Oldham football policing has always been trouble-free, friendly and fair in my experience for instance. Unfortunately, the Humberside lot have a monopoly on it cos of where we live. Perhaps, a truly competitive market would shake up the service we receive
