Cheers Steve, you post a link highlighting a poor use of resources by way of defending an allegation of a poor use of resources. :cheesy::cheesy::police::police:

I don't recall anyone asking you to jump in in the first place. You did have the right to remain silent. I had the right to use whatever you did say against you. :emoticon-0103-cool::police::emoticon-0111-blush

Didn't Homer say something about an overt use of Latin tags being a sign of a small cock and a large ego?

surely the amount of Millwall ticket sales and who had bought them would be an indicator of any potential trouble makers coming to hull for the game ?

i should have done, and would have no complaints..., admitted i saw the light but was going to fast to brake, and said i drive down there every morning in rush hour and was just carried away with it being nearly empty....think in a strange way that honesty worked in my favour, and my adorable smile <laugh>

I've had a ticket down there. They're very sneaky hiding in those alcoves, they use an unmarked car also.

    Bastards.

The Police in Calgary are a joke, you have the Canadians drinking theire Tims, talking on the phone and swerving all over the place all at the same time yet they are left alone but if you do just 5Km over the speed limit they will pull you over!!

Sitting within sight of them, rather than at least 2 carriages away (there's usually a buffet car between 1st and 2nd class) would not be a recipe for disaster. What's a recipe for disaster is leaving a risk to the public alone with the public unsupervised. And thinking about it, if they were two carriages away what was to stop the Millwall fans just getting off the train at a station and getting on the next one?

So you were perfectly happy with the policing on saturday then ? I assume you thought that was reasonable and not over the top ?
