I honestly think we'll beat Burnley and draw with Liverpool. And that's it.
I have a feeling Bruce will think "the Swansea game was a one off, same team except for Meyler" and we'll get panned y Southampton (Shane Long to score first). That'll kick him up the arse and he'll change it round for the game after.

It's last throw of the dice time and Bruce knows it. WE NEED WINS. Time to bring back Chester, time to bring back Diame, time to bring back Huddlestone.
34 Points is not unattainable and MAY be enough to keep us up.
ps. first time I saw the fixture list I thought, hope we don't need to beat United on the last day of the season to stay up. Hmmmm!
Was thinking the same thing. Hopefully it won't come to that on the last day again, I couldn't take the nerves.
On current form we are only capable of getting results at home to Liverpool and Burnley - the other games look like losses

Elmo is good, but playing two positions at once might prove a stretch.
I think 4 to 5 points would be enough. But in that sequence the Burnley game we cannot afford to lose, under any circumstances.

theres no reason to suggest Leicester and Villa can't realistically hope for 32/33 pts i think our GD is what will save us
Everyone goes on about our run-in but looking at the other teams I cant see them getting many points either. I think this could be the lowest points needed for survival in PL history.
It would be interesting if we go down to see who is poached. Which of our players would appeal to other PL clubs? Diame, Elmo, erm...... We will be left with the bulk of our highest earners I feel which is a bit of a worry.
