Nothing really, just an agreement between rangers, the SFA and sevco. Sets out the terms and conditions for Sevco's license. The acceptance of the transfer embargo, paying RFC debt etc.
Looks fake to me though.

That is pretty much it. SFA contorting themselves into all sorts of positions to try and make New Rangers work.
The New Rangers fans are citing it as evidence of blackmail and all sorts... Not the favour it clearly is.
I think it is genuine.
Pulling their ponytails when they're down ...

Very pleasant chap and when I explained the Celtic 'loan' and how as a stakeholder in the bank I wasn't at all happy with the rate they had given and the fact they appear to have paid nothing off bar the interest for a number of years he was very interested.
He checked there and then online and confirmed the details I was giving him via the Times story dated 25th August.
Next - he took my account details to confirm I actually banked with them and said it would come under there complaints procedure.
A letter from Head Office within 5 working days to confirm receipt then an in depth explanation within 28 days of that.
Everyone who banks with them needs to go in and do the same at their own branch. The more they get the more it will be a concern as concerned customers may be leaving customers
Get the pressure on.......
**** man, that is some serious pointless point scoring right there. Well done Timothy.
