Nothing really, just an agreement between rangers, the SFA and sevco. Sets out the terms and conditions for Sevco's license. The acceptance of the transfer embargo, paying RFC debt etc.

Looks fake to me though.

That is pretty much it. SFA contorting themselves into all sorts of positions to try and make New Rangers work.

The New Rangers fans are citing it as evidence of blackmail and all sorts... Not the favour it clearly is.

I think it is genuine.

To many errors, the big one being that RFC no longer had a share in the spl at the time of the agreement. They were already voted out with their share being already transferred to dundee.

It is a draft. I can't see the date on it. So I'd expect a few revisions after that.

Plus the signing of it was just a mechanism not to have to force the issue of SPL membership. They could have forced it if they wanted. Same with the European thing.... Sign an agreement for some **** would never happen anyway.

Good news for Ross County, Motherwell and Hearts - less risk of legs being broken this time around.

"DUNDEE UNITED defender Gavin Gunning has lost his Scottish Football Association disciplinary hearing after kicking-out at Celtic defender Virgil van Dijk at Tannadice at the weekend.

The Irishman will now miss United's next three Scottish Premiership games - his second suspension of the season - after a charge of violent conduct from SFA compliance officer Vincent Lunny was upheld.

Gunning was found guilty of "violent conduct by kicking or attempting to kick an opposing player, namely Virgil van Dijk" during his side's 1-0 Scottish Premiership defeat on Saturday.

The former Blackburn defender appeared to aim a kick at van Dijk after being caught late by the Dutchman when making a clearance inside his penalty box.

The 22-year-old was sent off for violent conduct on his only other appearance this season following a clash with Hibernian midfielder Kevin Thomson. That means he receives an extra one-match league ban on top of the automatic two-game suspension for violent conduct.

Gunning will miss Scottish Premiership games with Ross County, Motherwell and Hearts.

I'm with the Co-op and have just been and seen the manager.

Very pleasant chap and when I explained the Celtic 'loan' and how as a stakeholder in the bank I wasn't at all happy with the rate they had given and the fact they appear to have paid nothing off bar the interest for a number of years he was very interested.

He checked there and then online and confirmed the details I was giving him via the Times story dated 25th August.

Next - he took my account details to confirm I actually banked with them and said it would come under there complaints procedure.

A letter from Head Office within 5 working days to confirm receipt then an in depth explanation within 28 days of that.

Everyone who banks with them needs to go in and do the same at their own branch. The more they get the more it will be a concern as concerned customers may be leaving customers

Get the pressure on.......
