I went through a period where I read loads of football bios - couldn't bring myself to attempt one now, right enough.

Attempted the Morrissey one and chucked it after about 40 pages - pish.

Anyway, if you only read one football autobiography, read Cascarino's.

No really I was never a sident and too young to listen to them in the 80s. Some of the greatest songs ever written were courtesy of the smiths.
