Hang on lads! I think seb just tried to seal the WDC earlier than the result gave. I don't think he had a major problem with it, yes he won and he did the overtake but if he did get Alonso done he might of been given an easier chance to close it all up at Singapore.

Nothing personal, it's just a quick result he wants now.

I am not sure if you are joking or not (we really need some kind of sarcastic text), but if that was the reason then I would lose a lot of respect for Vettel, that would be bordering on cheating in my books, the F1 equivalent to diving.

But don't teams *wink wink* *nudge nudge* to get drivers to say things they don't really care about.

Didn't stop Alonso complaining about Perez though and everybody would just say he is just being calculating.

Also the rules state you can't push another driver off the track, did alonso do that? I'll leave that to the stewards...

Brundle though doesn't bring up the fact that Alonso said sorry for the move, knowing he was there.

I'm not complaining, that was one hell of an overtake to pull off, on quite possibly the best driver on the grid. But if vettel is going to be labeled a nagger, then Alonso has to be labeled doing a dangerous, race ending push to a rival.

Again I had no problem with it, but don't make out Seb is the one complaining about nothing. 1 more time, I loved it, and I have no problem with the end result.

But if schumi's 2 moves is looked down by the Beeb, why wasn't this push to the grass also...

You put it straight there, that is the thing I have a problem with at the moment, it cannot be forgotten how the Beeb acted this weekend, disgrace...

Because it was not the same. Alonso was in a highspeed corner so you could aruge that was as tight a line as he could go, but also Schumacher made a more sudden move and cut across Hamilton that forced him to go onto the grass to avoid an accident. What Alonso did was just squeeze him a bit giving as little room as possible to make the pass, but he still allowed Vettel room to make it which Schumacher did not do.

I still can't fathom why Vettel complained, it was a bit pathetic really.

It was a bit tough, maybe a little bit over the line, but the big difference in what he did and what schumacher did is in the intent, Alosno pretty much kept the same line all the way through the corner, there was no sudden direction change in an attempt to push him off track, unlike Schumacher who has made a career of being a dirty ramming cheat and won titles by actively cheating during races, by not only ramming his title rivals off track but also knowingly using and deploying illegal devices on his car. Good driver, scum-bag human.

The difference is Schumacher is despised of. Anything remotely aggressive is deemed illegal and is splashed all over the media and internet... it's a joke.

why cant we all stop the hate already? Alonso, Schumacher, Vettel, webber, Hamilton, they are all VERY aggressive drivers and they are all the among the most elitists in motor sport. None of them got there by winning the lottery so they should all be applauded for a job well done so far.

I wish people would be more focused on how good they all are instead of trying to find flaws and point finger. Is it REALLY that much fun to hate? I have been criticizing Hamilton a lot this and last year but I always try to point out that I do not dislike him, in fact I think he holds massive talent and I really wish he will start doing better soon again.

Trying to look at everything objectively can be difficult, especially when your favorite driver is involved. But seriously, the Schumacher bashing and Hamilton basging is getting sooo old. If Schumacher quit after 2013, will the Hamilton vs Alonso bashing/hate blossom again? Do we really need someone to hate?

We have too many Eddie Jordan's and too few Murray Walkers imho

I dislike Schumacher because he is a blatant cheat, from the start of his career to the end of it he has cheated, cheated and cheated again.

He is a winner and done what it takes to win. Sometime he might have overdone it but he also have taken his penalties for it. He have penalties against him just as any other driver on the grid more or less. None of them are completely "innocent".
