Lets face it, the straight between Ascari and Lesmo is too short for there to be a tow so that argument would never work. He made two moves to block Hamilton as Hamilton had better speed and traction out of Ascari. There was no tow to be broken.

But you can get a tow in the middle of a corner, all you have to do is be behind the car in front. Surely schumachers argument holds some water?
