I'll give him his due, he tried to build a new team with the Bale money but making that many changes all at once is likely to fail.
Teams aren't built from selling. Something Levy fails to understand.

The manager who had a better win rate with Palace then Pochettino had with saints, Rodgers with Swansea and Martinez with Wigan? Silly mistake there to talk down Pulis (premier league manager of the year).
Time will tell I guess. We'll never know... unless Poch gets the boot at Christmas and De Boer comes in then. At Spurs, anything is possible!
That's one thing you can be sure of!...expect almost anything.
Ahem... in your opinion perhaps but I cant say I agree at all. I'd regard Bale, Modric, Berbatov, van Der Vaart and Carrick all as key players in the last ten years minimum. Arguably, I feel letting go of the likes of Defoe, Keane, Caulker, Kaboul (to Pompey before his return)... heck even Zamora, Iversen and Sherringham as also poor decisions at the time in the past ten years (given their circumstances). Two players....? I think you're being a little lenient.

It would have been interesting to see how Avb done in England with a team like saints, obviously speculation but Pochettino could just be another Avb, another Ramos. Both Ramos and Avb's teams where famous for their high pressing game etc. Pochettino just has the benefit of coming to England and doing well at a club with low expectations. But that doesn't mean he is any better suited a bigger job (in England) then Avb or Ramos.
Actually all fans including Saints fans have high expectations. And those expectations were absolutely through the roof for next season. Were.
rumour has it he's lost the dressing room, he'll be out before June
