Yes but you don't just buy land on a whim without spending time with Planners and other council officials. Otherwise you end up with worthless land. You also have to rule out year 1 whilst they are taking stock of everything.

They've invested the maximum amount into the playing squad though, made the current training ground decent enough and they've increased the revenue of the club steadily.

I want new training ground and new stadium built before they get bored and sell. If we don't get that out of PIF then the hassle of them being our owners isn't worth it.
I get the Howe stuff but the owners really have been excellent. Without PIF Howe would have taken us down and we'd have won nothing.
