Silly bastard. Capital goes against a loan kinda like a mortgage so I think it would be safe to assume they’ve earmarked about £1.5bn
Ive said many times before. PIF as owners are only worth it if they do what any other owners wouldn't and that is new training ground and new stadium. When I see planning permission approved and work beginning I will be a very happy person indeed.

Notice the club doesn’t even have a pre season planned. Rumours of Roma, Strasbourg and Everton, no commercial trips whatsoever.
