Bad turn of phrase on my part! She didn't get to be old!

How the **** can you not like pease pudding! Whats wrong with you man?

It's got no back bone and I'm not a big fan of yellow split peas. For a pulse based dish give me Hummus with lemon and pita or re-fried beans any day of the week

When I was a kid we used to go the old pool round from the Old 29ers. Afterwards straight over to a butchers for a pease pudding and savaloy dip! Awesome!

Struggled with my Victoria sponge. Struggled for a rise with gluten free flour, gluten free baking powder needed. My Coffee cake with normal flour is in the oven looking tremendous.

Interesting. Do people think bread baking is for lasses and queers? We've establish pies are apparently manly. Strange buggers you lot. If you play golf you don't only focus on putting. You embrace all the aspects.

Not at all mate. I was just worried about your Victorian sponge <whistle><yikes>

I make a mean olive bread!!!

Quality mate I make a friendly one. :emoticon-0136-giggl

Getting older and fatter so I have to cut out bread :emoticon-0121-angry

But weekends is for my olive bread. Sad? Absolutely YES!. Where did it all go wrong? :(

The pleasures in life are diminishing one by one.

But grilled olive bread with lurpak, topped with a couple of smoked rashers and soft boiled eggs is one pleasure in life that will walk with me right up to the graveside!

Well, that and a last pint of Guinness. After that, you can put the lid over me.
