There is no suggestion that it won't go through, just waiting for Ellis Short to sign off on the transfer and he's away until Tuesday.

Yep !

Gino Peruzzi has returned to Argentina after a slight ligament injury was revealed during his medical. http://bit.ly/1350UKv ‪#‎SAFC‬

Peruzzi did not sign with an injury
The defender underwent a medical examination in Sunderland, but found that drag a ligament problem. Therefore, the country returned unsealed the link.
When it was all agreed and only remained the medical examination and appeared heading inconvenient. The doctor doing checkup Sunderland found that has a small ligament injury.

For this reason, the player returned to Argentina without signing their contract because the English club's sporting director wants the transaction is made for an amount less than agreed. In Velez want nothing to charge less than what was agreed.

Anyway, consulted a specialist, who confirmed that you can play without problems as they cure. The team's pre-season Sunderland is in Hong Kong and want the defender is present.

So what we need now is that the club owner his signature to close the pass. On Monday or Tuesday, when this man returns to England from a trip, they send the contract and Peruzzi and would travel on Wednesday to settle in their new place.

Now there's a translation app in need of an upgrade!

Gino Peruzzi failed the medical at Sunderland and returned to Argentina without being able to sign the contract. However, it is believed that the transfer will go ahead.
After many twists and turns to agree on the numbers of his contract, at some point the transfer of Gino Peruzzi to Sunderland appeared to breakdown, the Velez defender finally came to an agreement with Sunderland and traveled to the UK to join his new team.
But, the defender underwent rigorous medical checks that players undergo before signing, and it showed a pulled ligament problem, this slowed things down. Thus, Peruzzi traveled back to Argentina without signing his contract because the English club's sporting director wants the transfer made for an amount less than originally agreed. Velez don't want to receive less than what was agreed, so in the coming hours new negotiations will begin so that an agreement can be reached.
With regard to the defender's injury, there was a consultation with a specialist, who confirmed that he can play without problems as it will heal. So, what is missing is the club owner's signature to close the transfer, as long as there is no difference in the fee agreed between the clubs. So, on Monday or Tuesday when the owner returns to England from a trip, they will send the contract and Peruzzi would travel on Wednesday to settle in his new place.

Looks like we are trying to get a discount on the original transfer fee - but this still looks like it is going ahead

Do u mean after 2 days training decided nor to sign

i think that there may have been an issue with the medical but we will have him rigged up to all sorts of technology and will monitor him over the next 2 days then WE will make a decision on him, as in deal agreed subject to medical

You're clearly a man of faith! I hope you're right.
