Valez have confirmed Peruzzi did not fail medical and has not returned to Argentina and the deal should complete tomorrow or tuesday at the very latest
 
I reckon it's nothing more than paperwork. He's not an EU National, even though he has an EU passport I'm sure it takes a bit longer. Same reason Ba was delayed. Deals will be way ahead of the info we receive. I just hope the clearance is through before the Spurs game.

He passed his medical without problems and his contract has been agreed, just waiting for Short to return.

I'm getting fed up with all this but I listened to both of his interviews before flying over here and he is a straight talking honest bloke. He said he wanted to sign for us but wanted the best for Velez and his family.

Yes maybe he was at Heathrow but is there any evidence that he is in Hong Kong? (Any photos)
Argentinian press are reporting that he is back there although there is no official confirmation of this from SAFC or Velez.
Seems like all will be revealed tomorrow...

That's mannone's nose all right!

Not sure why everyone's getting worked up over the peruzzi saga. We seem to do this every year with someone - e.g. Bent, fletcher.
