It's more than likely he's one of the candidates.

I'm only posting the people my mate at the club has seen.

He may have seen Stendel but not recognised him ...

.... I told him to look out for someone who's recently had a badly broken nose <laugh>
Plenty of broken spirits and hearts around

Like oiposted elsewhere I'd hand my season card back if he was even interviewed for the job or got it

I mean I have never followed his actual career, he seem cheerful and I think would improve moral in many dressing rooms.

May I ask why you don’t see him as a good appointment option?

Not the biggest fan of Pearson but beggers can't be choosers at this point. Clough would probably be my preference from that list, though I'm still hopeful Stendel gets it.
Can I ask why you believe clough might 'work'?
He ventured out of his burton comfort zone once before and the outcome was at best ordinary.
I believe so much faith is invested in him because of who is father was.
He is an odious man but barton has done more for Fleetwood in a far shorter time and with similar if not slightly less resources.
I'd be far more confident of barton succeeding than clough and I would go as far as to say he would be above pearson, cook ainsworth and parkinson in my list.
