I do have a problem with people being FORCED to wear one. But that's a different issue.
I agree with Milk. Personally I find the burka ridiculous, but each to their own.
I doubt wearing a burka makes any difference to terrorism. None of them are worried about hiding their identity when they commit these acts in western countries. And none of them are interested in escaping afterwards. What's the point if you're blowing yourself up

There would be a whole lot of naked people if you ran the world of every time someone wore a particular item to commit a crime it became banned. The vast majority of people in burkas commited crimes.
Women in the west have the choice. There is no law saying women must wear them. Some societies and men force them to wear them. That's different. Many women in the west wear them by choice.

They are interested on getting to their chosen target though. Some have used the full body wear to hide from authorities.
To commit the attacks, I would guess its hampers them more than anything.
