So after Sunday's shocker there can only be one out come which is bye bye inept pardew

The final straw was losing to a very very weak Sunderland team on the day, the performance the lack of effort and passion is all down to his inability to prepare and hype up the players in the biggest game of our season, his pre match interview was so limp wrist.

So my view on pardew is this, last season when he led us to fifth spot we were lucky with injuries and with a small team the starting 11 virtually picked its self.

So what happened this season, I originally defended pardew early in the season after Ashley's suicide attempt of a squad but his first mistake was to change a winning tactic with ba and cisse
Which I believe it was just to a pease baa's demands and ego ahead of the needs of the team.

In January the new boys came in and we had the right backing and the excuse of lack of depth went out the window, remember just before that we got two hidings in three days away at old Trafford and the emirates, the law of averages say you learn from your mistakes but pardew thought we were something like brazil and continued cavalier footfall.

When the new boys arrived we had a midfield most would love, however pardew struggled to find the right balance and we continued to look out of sync as we did All season.

We have been shocking at set pieces all season and have had no flair or creativity
Which to me is down to the training ground and management

So fingers crossed we some how stay up and the board will do the right think and sack the inept man who is so inept its un true

Who do you want ???

I say get Andy Carroll and get Fat Sam in. He may not play gorgeous football, but he knows how to get a team in the top 10 and playing solid and organised football.

I really just want to get back to being a fortress at St James' Park and getting results, and also being away from the threat of relegation. I don't care about playing sexy football.

Surely that would mean some of your best players would have to be moved on and new players more suited to so called 'ugly' football brought in?

Vaughan, we play long ball with the players we have now to bypass the midfield so no chance needed

Iam 110% certain that we need a change and I have been since that disastrous 1-2 defeat at home to Reading in early January... and had major doubts all season before that but it was the last straw.

Pardew is not the man to take us forward and the sooner we are shot of him the better, people of course will bang on about last seasons 5th placed finish and my conclusion is that Pardew benefited from the team more than the team benefited from Pardew, I just think something magical happened with the players and spirit that season and rendered his job a figurehead position in some respects. I have no doubt from time to time his input influenced games and that of course he played a hand in the team morale and spirit but I really do feel that he got lucky and things worked out for him and he reaped the plaudits.

What we need at this club is a manager who wants to impose a positive and attractive football philosophy from grass roots level all the way to the boys in first team, a playing style which each team, each coach and each player can work towards.

I have absolutely no clue who is available who could action something like this and get our hugely talented squad playing the football we know they have in them, but that isn't our job as fans, I'm confident that theres someone out there, in the continental variety that is willing to come in and work under our transfer structure and do this team proud.
